This is the Threshhold

Go beyond limits.

Lucid dream mentorship and psychological rewilding for seekers, creatives, and those who know there is more and are done pretending.

Gravity Rabbit doesn’t offer answers. It offers access.

This is for people seeking real change through experiential work beyond what can be reached through intellectualizing alone and for those seeking inspiration that’s effortless, sustainable, and uniquely theirs.

At its core, this work is simple. It’s two humans really paying attention. We explore altered and liminal states with particular attention to maintaining conscious awareness across the transition from waking to dreaming and back again. A superposition of awareness.

In practice, this can include lucid dreaming and state-based awareness, alongside grounded dialogue to engage insight, identity, creativity, and foundational transformation.

Dreams and liminal spaces become environments for exploring agency and insight, without prescribing belief, morality, or outcomes.

What this is

• Structural access to one’s own mind

• Training metacognitive awareness, or conscious awareness of consciousness itself

• Dream states as unconstrained spaces for experimentation, insight, imagination and integration

This is where you stop adapting and become the architect.

Deliberate unfolding that changes how you see
and what you can do next.

This work is for those curious about how perception, identity, and agency are formed and how they can be engaged directly.

Become ungovernable.

What I don’t do

No hype.
No productivity worship.
No optimization culture.

I’m not here to make you better at surviving a system that burns you out.

Places I meet people

In moments of transition. Sometimes chosen, sometimes imposed, Often both.

  • On the edge of self-discovery, where the familiar sense of self begins to loosen

  • When intuition and inner knowing have been disrupted, muted, or overridden

  • During periods of cognitive or perceptual reorganization

  • Creatives seeking sustained inspiration and direct access to pure creativity

  • In grief, loss, or existential crossroads

  • When long-term patterns continue to loop without resolution

  • When high self-awareness becomes isolating

  • In relationships and attachment dynamics

  • In dreams, altered states, and liminal experiences

  • In questions of identity, gender, and belonging

  • At moments of readiness for intergenerational cycle-breaking

  • When old frameworks fail and new ones have not yet fully formed

Not everyone lands here neatly categorized.
The work follows what’s actually present.

Why Dreams?

In waking life the narrative self is loud. Prediction dominates perception. Experience is filtered through habit, expectation, and conditioning.

For many, dreams are where this process becomes visible—through vivid imagery, recurring patterns, or moments of awareness that don’t fit neatly into waking explanations.

In dream states, those constraints relax. The mind can reorganize without constantly defending who you are, what things mean, or how reality is “supposed” to behave. Emotional material moves more freely. Perception isn’t required to justify itself in words.

Dreams are powerful because they are structurally permissive.
Lucid dreaming goes even further.

When awareness stays online as the mind moves from waking into dreaming states you can observe perception forming, identity assembling, and engage directly with the subconscious.

. What you experience in a lucid dream is processed by the brain as a real experience.

This is not symbolic rehearsal.

Lucid dreaming isn’t just a dream skill.
It opens access to forms of change waking life can’t reach.

What’s unique about this approach

I work comfortably in liminal spaces
where old frameworks are dissolving
and new ones haven’t fully formed.

This approach bridges intellectual rigor and embodied knowing
without privileging one over the other.
It’s informed by psychology, neuroscience, and contemplative practice,
and grounded in lived experience.

I tend to work best with people who are highly self-aware,
deeply curious, and dissatisfied with surface-level explanations.

How it works

This is one-on-one work for people who want clarity, not comfort, and direct engagement rather than prescribed solutions.

We sit down.
We stay honest.
Things surface.

Patterns loosen.
Options reappear.

No script.
No performance.

Real work, one conversation at a time.

Who this is for

This is for people who already know something isn’t working
and won’t keep anesthetizing it.

It’s also for people who are paying attention
and see the gap between experience and explanation.

People who notice the cracks
and follow them.

People who want clarity, not comfort.

If you want to keep indulging what isn’t working, stop here.

I won’t lie to you.

I won’t soften it.

I can’t save you.

But I’ll sit with you while it all breaks open.

Working Together

the secret is…

it’s an inside job

Outside is a constant state of questions. Inside there is an infinite series of answers.
